Tonight Rich, Christian and Joshua are at a men’s bonfire event-just outside of Winnipeg- to share about MM. 

Kaitlyn and I have just settled the kids for the night (here’s hoping☺); and she sits across from me at the table reading her personal Bible reading for today. She is following a plan to read through the Bible in a year-as are Rich, Christian and I.

In our family devotions the last few days we have been reading in Hosea. We have been dialoging about things that we can make into idols and how wrong and foolish that is.  Hosea’s life was so much bigger than himself- it was sacrifical and difficult; but purposful, intentional, and an amazing picture of God’s love. It would be hard to write newsletters about his life!  It was not about the results, but about obediance. To “live with an audience of one”. Convicting.

Today we spent some time getting ready for tomorrow’s BBQ here at the Fast’s home.

In the morning we are all looking forward to hearing Mike preach from the book of Malachi at his family’s home church and show the MM promotional video.  Rich will also say a few words.

When I asked little Richard what his favorite part of the day was today he said: “all of it!”
