Richard Snyder Bio

Richard is the founder and Executive Director of Malachi Man Ministries. After spending 8 years becoming a registered Professional Engineer, Richard responded to the call and entered full time ministry. After 12 years of youth and young adult ministry, Richard clearly recognizes the crisis in Christian homes: most kids are growing up to turn away from Christ. The Bible clearly places the primary responsibility of discipling our children to maturity in Christ, on fathers. As a father of 9, Richard knows how challenging this is, he concludes, “fathers need all the help we can get.”
