Richard Snyder Bio

Richard is the founder and Executive Director of Malachi Man Ministries. After spending 8 years becoming a registered Professional Engineer, Richard responded to the call and entered full time ministry. After 12 years of youth and young adult ministry, Richard clearly recognizes the crisis in Christian homes: most kids are growing up to turn away from Christ. The Bible clearly places the primary responsibility of discipling our children to maturity in Christ, on fathers. As a father of 10, Richard knows how challenging this is, he concludes, “fathers need all the help we can get.”

Richard launched Malachi Man Ministries in 2012 to encourage heart level discipleship in the home and outside the home. Malachi Man seeks to encourage, equip and empower fathers, sons and young men to become Kingdom men who lead change in our land.
