Today was an especially great day!

We worshiped at a church in Pambrum Saskatchewan. Yes, that is a real place; although the guy working at the Information Center a couple of hours up the road was unaware of it’s existence.
A few minutes before the morning service Rich asked me how flexible I was feeling. One lesson that I have been learning since we got married is flexability. I am a slow learner, and not naturally overly gifted with abundant flexability-which is to say that I am still learning this.  Last week I felt the Holy Spirit showing me that lack of flexability results in missed blessing.  But that is a bit of a rabbit trail….back to this morning, a few minutes before the service….
“We have been asked to do some music in church…”
The kids rushed to grab instruments and music books and we had a lot of fun leading one of our favorite foot-stompin’  tunes together-with no previous sound check, and no monitors,- so we had no idea what we we sounding like; but it was a blast! Later in the service Rich presented the vision of Malachi Man and showed the promo video. We had a booth in the foyer and were able to talk with several people and sell four DVD sets.  One set was bought for a missionary son in Venezuela! How cool is that?!
We spent the rest of the day with the President of Miller Bible College and his wife; beautiful people. They are keen about MM and are helping us make connections.  We are so encouraged to see a Bible School that has not capitulated to the liberal slide of our culture, and that literally and truely holds the Word of God as ultimate authority. Rich met a couple of students and quizzed them on what they had been learning at Miller. Rich was very impressed with their responses.
This evening we all had a hot dog roast with some new friends who have a ranch and also home-school. They have invited us to stay with them on our way back; the kids hope that it works out, and that they can ride their horses!
